Mike is knowledgable, skilled, competent, and efficiently quick, layered over a humble, respectful, empathetic core, possibly ultimately to his detriment.  His nine-year-old daughter has more to look up to than she could know.  In and out in 20 minutes at very reasonable cost.  I'm a fan and a repeat customer for life.
